1. General:
The following are the terms and conditions for the supply of products and services by Retails Direct Limited.
Retails Direct may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us. You agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
It is important that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions before placing an order with us. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. If there is any term that you do not understand or want us to clarify please notify our Customer Services Department before placing the order. Orders placed through Retails Direct for all the products by a buyer (“you”) accepted by Retails Direct (“we/ us/ our”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Any agreement entered into is personal to you and only you can enforce these terms and conditions.
2. Each of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one clause shall not affect the validity of any other clauses.
3. Even if we do not exercise any of our rights on a particular occasion, that will not prevent us exercising those rights in future.
4. If we cannot perform the obligations that we have agreed to in this Agreement because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as lightning, flood, exceptionally severe weather, acts of God, fire, explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes, or acts of Local or Central Government or other competent authorities, we will not be liable for it.
5. You agree that you will send information to us by email at your own risk as messages sent by email may not be secure and may be intercepted by third parties.
6. All images on this site are reproduced for your convenience and we try our best to portray the products as accurately as possible. But designs may vary slightly, from those shown in the website.
2. Offers/Order Process
Offers available on our website or on any of our affiliate’s website or through any other marketing medium used by us can be changed at any time.
The information displayed on this web site, including prices, does not constitute an offer to enter into an agreement. When you send an order for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected.
We may not be obliged to accept your order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason which we deem fit. We are not obliged to give any reasons to you where we decline any order placed by you.
An automated email along with the terms and conditions will be sent immediately after the completion of the order; this email message is only an acknowledgement of the order placed and not the acceptance of the same.
The acceptance of the order is subject, including but not limited to the availability of the stock and successful credit/ debit card check.
Once the order is accepted, a confirmation message is sent to your email address. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order. In case you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact us within a reasonable time.
3. Registration
By registering on our website/placing your order on our website, you confirm that all the information provided by you, including but not limited to those mentioned hereunder, are fulfilled:
(a) You register by providing the accurate information including but not limited to your name, phone number, address details, e-mail address, payment details etc. In case of any change in the information provided, you must notify us immediately of the same. You will not hold us responsible for non-delivery/delay of the goods in case you fail to inform or delay in informing us.
(b) Your age is 18 years or above.
(c) You are a resident of United Kingdom. Delivery can only be made to addresses within the United Kingdom. PO Box numbers are not acceptable.
(d) You possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a UK bank.
(e) You, by registering on Retails Direct’s website authorise us to share the information or to obtain information about you from third parties including but not limited to your credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
4. Description, Specification and Images
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order.
Although Retails Direct, takes reasonable care in compiling and presenting specifications in its websites yet we will not be responsible for inadvertent errors or omissions.
Images displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only. Product colours are subject to availability and may be subject to change. Please note that whilst we attempt to keep all product images on the site as accurate as possible, exact colour and detailing can vary between suppliers. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice. Some of the colours on the website may appear different on your screen to their actual colour. We cannot guarantee the availability of particular colours of equipment.
5. Price of goods
While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, however, this may not always be achievable. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. It is advisable that you check all the relevant details about the products and/or services you select, prior to placing the order as those may have changed since you last visited this website.
Retails Direct reserves the right to amend the price at any time, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, the price of the goods displayed has an error.
6. Availability
We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular make, model and colour of the products displayed on our website, and consequently will not be liable for the delay in delivery of any product, if such be the case. If any specific product is out of stock, we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. If you want to check the availability of any product please feel free to call our Customer Services line.
7. Payment
Payments for all the orders placed through the website can be made either by Credit card and/or Debit card
Full amount of the order placed will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks including address verifications and authorisations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. By ordering from us, you agree that we are authorised to charge your credit or debit card with the amount you owe us under this agreement.
8. Delivery
All goods delivered to you will have the dispatch note and invoice along with the delivery. In few cases, the invoice for the goods ordered will be sent to you within ten (10) days from the order placement date. The goods will be delivered to all the address locations with in the UK mainland only. The goods will be delivered only at the address where your card is registered (We are referring to the same card, which was used to purchase the goods).
We try to deliver goods between 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed in most cases. Most of the goods are delivered using either Royal Mail or City Link. In few of the cases goods are delivered directly by the manufacturer or third party service provider. In case it is not possible to deliver the goods within the stipulated time, it will be delivered within a reasonable period of time. We will keep you informed on the estimated time of delivery.
In case the product is out of stock or there is a delay in delivery we will keep you informed. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as estimates only.
In case the product is not delivered within the stipulated time period for any reason beyond our control, we will not be liable or responsible for the same.
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered for reasons beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting a substitute goods (if available) or a complete refund of the cost of the goods that you have paid.
You must be personally available to accept delivery and sign acknowledgement of delivery. If the package appears damaged when it is delivered to you we advise you not to accept the delivery and inform us immediately at our customer service number (0870-081-3651).
All goods delivered shall bear delivery charges as listed in the table below:

9. Risk/Title
9.1 The goods are at your risk from the time you accept the delivery.
9.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of:
9.2.1 the goods, and
9.2.2 all other sums which are or which become due to us from you on any account.
9.3 Retails Direct shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from us.
10. Product Warranty
All products supplied by Retails Direct are covered by manufacturer’s product warranty from the date of the invoice under which your products may be repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s product warranty period varies from product to product. In most of the cases this information is supplied along with the delivery of the product. In case you do not find these details within the package, please contact our customer services. Any claim that you may have in this regard is only against the manufacturer.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Replacement
You may cancel the order either before we have dispatched your order or within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the package by you.
If the order is cancelled by you before the receipt of the goods but after we have processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you.
You do not have the right to cancel the order if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.
To protect your personal security, we are also unable to accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products such as MP3 players and digital cameras.
If the order is cancelled after the receipt of the goods, you must not use the goods and must keep them in their original packaging and condition. The goods must be returned by special delivery/recorded delivery or by any mode of post, where proof of delivery is received, at your own cost and risk. The goods must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the package by you and if demanded you will have to provide the proof of delivery. Failure to return the goods within above period is subject to terms of our return policy, mentioned below.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
You must report the faulty goods within three (3) days of receipt of the package by you. The goods must be returned to us so that the same is received by us within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the package by you. As soon as the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
In particular, please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
In case you change your mind
In case you cancel the order, you must notify our customer service department of your intent to cancel the order within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the package by you.
You must complete the Retails Direct Returns Form and then return it so that the same is received by us within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the package by you with the ordered product (including free gifts/accessories, if any) and the invoice/dispatch note. Wherever applicable, any return without free gift/accessories in new condition will attract a charge equal to Manufacturer’s recommended retail price of the free gift/accessories
If you request the collection of the goods by us then we will charge you for the collection. The charges for collection will be as per actuals.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within three (3) days of the receipt of the same to you. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. The goods must be returned to us so that the same is received by us within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the package by you. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we, at your discretion, either issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or a replacement of the same product.
Your replacement product will be dispatched to you only when we receive the faulty product, sent by you within the required time as provided in these terms.
A replacement product of equal or greater specification will be sent to you but in some cases where it is unavailable, an identical product (for example, make, model and/or colour) may be sent.
The replacement product will be delivered to you by a suitable mode of post where proof of delivery is received, to the delivery address provided by you at the time of placing of the order. Please ensure to be available to sign the proof of delivery.
Our replacement liability is limited to technical and manufacturing defects only. We will not entertain any replacement request for physically damaged products/ accessories
You must take reasonable care of the goods. You are responsible for returning the items by special delivery/recorded delivery or by any mode of post where proof of delivery is received, in a re-saleable condition at your own risk and cost. In particular this means that you will:
• not use the goods; it must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged.
• not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturers seals.
• return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc
• return the goods in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new
• not load software onto any PC or laptop.
If these conditions are not met we may not accept the returned goods. You are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer.
You are required to use delivery method that provides proof of delivery
We cannot be held responsible for goods/accessories that have been damaged in transit while returning the same to us. So it is advisable to take due care in wrapping and sending the package back in original condition.
The price of the goods paid by you will be reimbursed within 28 working days from the date of the receipt of the returned goods by us, after deducting the costs, if any. These costs will include cancellation charges, collections charges (if we collect the package), charges for missing/damaged goods and all other charges which may be applicable. Your refunds will be credited into your same Credit /Debit card used at the time of placing of the order. If, after notifying us of your intention to cancel/return your order, you have failed to return the goods or you fail to make them available for collection within the stipulated time then you hereby irrevocably agree to pay Retails Direct the total cost of the goods.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period
If you are reporting faulty goods after twenty eight (28) days of receipt of the package by you, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. This does not affect your rights to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract and the manufacturer does not repair or replace the goods or offer you an alternative remedy.
12. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trademarks etc., in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are not permitted to use this material
You acknowledge that any use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Retails Direct, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Retails Direct or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under this Terms and Conditions or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Terms and Conditions.
14. Additional Payments:
Where additional payments are required from you as laid out in these Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to take payment via your credit/debit card.

We will collect personal information about you which you give to us when you fill up the order form while purchasing any products from our website.
